    Shipping Policy
    • Free Shipping on orders over $300
    • All orders placed before 3pm are posted on the same day.
    • Free Click & Collect: orders placed by 11am will be available for collection the same day.

    Unless you organise alternative shipping at your own expense, all orders will be shipped via Australia Post, except in the event where this is impractical or impossible, and an alternative courier will be used.

    The total delivery time is the time until the products are available plus the shipping time. The availability time will vary depending on products currently in stock. If requested products are out of stock, you will be notified and given the option of changing your order to reduce the delivery time.

    The shipping time is dependent on your location as well as environmental factors, and as such is out of the control of Rockhampton Mavericks Western Wear. Please be aware that once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, your items are no longer the responsibility of Rockhampton Mavericks Western Wear, and all enquiries are to be made directly to Australia Post.

    Returns & Exchanges

    To ensure all our customers at Rockhampton Mavericks Western Wear are satisfied with their purchases, we will happily offer an exchange or store credit with the following provisions:

    Rockhampton Mavericks is not required to provide a refund or replacement if the customer changes their mind.

    Online Returns:

    • Items must be returned with the original receipt within 30 days of purchase.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition. Items must not have been worn, washed or damaged. All tags, stickers and swing tag labels must be attached.
    • Boxed items such as hats and boots must be returned in their original condition. Postage labels are not to be taped directly onto boxes for returns.
    • All postage costs will be covered by the customer. Tracked postage is recommended as Rockhampton Mavericks Western Wear is not responsible for goods in transit.
    • Jewellery & Accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
    • Permanent Sale Items are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

    In Store Returns:

    • Items must be returned with the original receipt within 7 days of purchase.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition. Items must not have been worn, washed or damaged. All tags, stickers and swing tag labels must be attached.
    • Boxed items such as hats and boots must be returned in their original condition.
    • Jewellery & Accessories cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
    • Permanent Sale Items are NOT ELIGIBLE for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty.

    Faulty Items:

    • All items received with a fault or that are faulty under the manufacturer’s warranty will be sent back to the manufacturer for replacement. If the exact item cannot be supplied the customer will be offered an alternate item, store credit or refund.
    • Please keep proof of purchase, such as payment confirmation or receipt.
    • The method of refund will be the same as the method of payment.
